If you have a faulty LightwaveRF product we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.  You will need to contact your place of purchase to arrange a replacement unit.  We will be happy to advise any location where LightwaveRF is sold that we have gone through any troubleshooting steps with you and that a replacement must be sought.
