Another device turns on or off when I use my remote or the app

Solution

If you find any of your units are switching on or off when another device is pressed, that unit may be incorrectly paired.  This can be resolved by clearing the memory of the unit in question and then re-pairing, ensuring that the units blue LED flashes only when you press the button on the transmitter/app.

To clear the memory of the and sockets or plug-in devices:
1. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LED blinks to indicate it is in learning mode

2. Release the button

3. Hold the manual button for ~5 seconds until the LEDs blinks rapidly

4. Release the button

5. Press (not hold) the button while the LEDs are blinking rapidly

6. The sockets memory has been reset

For any dimmer switches:

1. Hold both buttons for ~5 seconds until the LED blinks to indicate it is in learning mode

2. Release the button

3. Hold the down/off for ~5 seconds until the LEDs blinks rapidly

4. Release the button

5. Press (not hold) the down/off button while the LEDs are blinking rapidly.

6. The switches memory has been reset

For any CFL lamps:

1. Switch the main switch off/on 4 times until the bulb slowly blinks

2. Switch the main switch off/on 4 times while the bulb slowly blinks

3. The bulb should now blink rapidly to indicate it has had its memory wiped.
