 Changing PIN


As the PIN is an integral part to the security of your WifiLink you cannot change this using the app or the website.  To change your PIN you will need to contact us by telephone.  Our number is 0121 250 3625 and you will need to ask for Technical Support.

Before you phone, please have the following on hand:

-The email address you use to log into your WifiLink.
-The MAC code of your WifiLink.
-Your current PIN.
-The PIN you would like it changed to.

We will take note of your new PIN and change it for you on our system.

When the PIN has been changed you will get an email from us notifying you that the PIN has been changed.
